Ah, coffee!

Seeing clients achieve real results because of improved search engine ranking is a real pleasure for me.

Before becoming a busy content writer in Coffs Harbour, I'd spent the majority of my working life in a corporate environment. I've worked for many years in the events sector as an event producer. In essence, corporate events are a platform for communication and the messages have to be carefully created and presented. This means becoming part of the marketing team. I have written and presented, often at board level, many extensive event proposals for large corporate organisations such as; National Grid, Siemens, IBM, Volvo, Intel and T-Mobile to name a few.

Working within these various marketing teams for many years has given me valuable insights into creating effective content. In addition, my many years as a business owner allow me to communicate effectively with other business owners. Since becoming a content writer full time, I'm able to apply my substantial experience to a diverse range of clients. I help lift their message from being merely acceptable to being effective.

We have recently completed two Business Development Guides for large corporations with professional assistance from Steve at Corporate Copywriting. I have always been delighted with his input and his proactive approach. Steve is thorough and timely; he provides accurate estimates and delivers the work on time and with a smile.

How I work

If you're interested and want to explore how I can assist you, then simply contact me via email or call.

The initial meeting will be free. We can do this over the phone, Skype or in person. For this initial meeting it's important you bring all relevant notes, examples, links to material you like and that I leave with a complete picture of your objectives. I'll get back to you within 7 days with an estimate of both cost and time required. My usual lead time is around 2 weeks before I can get started but I'll always try my best to start before then.

Once the project is underway, I'll produce a first draft for comments, we can then discuss the style, direction and content in more detail. The number of revisions, excluding minor tweaks, included in my quote, is usually three. The copyright for the content stays with me until the invoice is paid and I ask for 7 day terms.

Thanks for visiting my site and I look forward to working with you soon.
